Hey all!
I had a quasedilla for dinner (cheese, chicken, tortilla, guac, sour cream) and then I burnt a great 488 calories at the gym. Supper was at 6 and I just got home from the gym now at 9.
I'll be up for another 2-3 hours. Do I have a banana? Or not?

Yes! Eat the banana. You should always have something after a workout.0

yes, maybe even a small glass of milk - a great post workout snack!0

I would have a banana. That would digest quickly. But I would shy away from proteins that would be in your system longer.0

Actually something with casin protein is really good for a late night or before bed snack, as a slow digesting protein it will provide these nutrients to your muscles during the rebuilding phase (while you sleep).
I do a small helping of lowfat cottage cheese...it tends to keep my blood glucose "flatter" as well, fruit has sugars0
