      Who says? My hair is platinum all year round (though I put colors in it). You don't have to follow societies' "rules". Do what looks best on you no matter the season!

      blonde. i used to flip flop between brown and blonde depending on the season and my tan...i'm sticking with blonde.

      I prefer the dark brown, however it seems you are wanting to be blonde. I don't like super blonde, but what if you did a dirty blonde as opposed to so light?
