I pick cycling, walking, and either yoga or dancing... I'm no good at either but they are fun!

Edit, I just saw you was all like "Why" so I like cycling because I am really quite good at it and it's pretty easy... It never hurts me.
I like walking because I get to do it with my hubby and I enjoy being slow and enjoying the scenery
And I already said yoga and dancing is fun, but I like that yoga is relaxing yet produces sweat and I really like moving my body when dancing... also I usually sing along when dancing cause I'm a freak-a-zoid!!

Cycling - Love being outside riding, especially when I can get friends to join me!

Running - Love the burn and the time to myself with just my music. Doesn't matter if I am on a treadmill or outside, just love it.

Strength Training DVD's - It's the only way I can get excited about including strength work!!! But I recently joined the Y, so we'll see if that changes. :)

I'd go with Deadlifts, Squats, and Incline Dumbbell Presses (Because with inclines you'll be hitting some front delts as well ;) )

Running - it's my fitness first love :-)

Tire Flips - Oh man do I love these! Full body workout, bruises to show your effort, Currently working on 250 lb. I can flip it four times down and back X2 right now before fatigue sets in. Can't wait til 450!!

Burpees/Squat Thrusts - They kick my butt but man are they great core workouts!!

    Hi -
I'd agree with "Bloodguilt" however, I'd substitute bench for pushups - more muscles working in the body since you have to stabilize your core while working the same upper body muscles as the chest press.

    My vote:
    - pushups
    - squats
    - deadlifts (my favorite exercise!)

If we are talking moves, then deadlifts, pushups/pull ups, split squats.

If we are talking cardio, then swimming, running, rowing. I'm not including weights in there because it's not a choice, it's a privilege. ;)

IMHO those are the absolute best compound moves and cardio exercises to get a balanced full body workout.
