I track fat, carbs, sugar and sodium as well. I really have a problem with sodium. I love salty crackers :)

I track fiber and sugar. Diabetes runs in my family and I want to cut back on it.

Protein, fiber, calcium, vitamin A and vitamin D. I really don't pay any attention to protein. I eat foods that give me enough protein.

Although, trying to track Potassium is almost impossible since so many foods/recipes don't even count how much is there.

Tell me about it., I've been trying to do the same thing, but I've found that it's usually *only* listed in the MFP entered foods. About to just remove it because it feels pointless even trying.
