i seem to be going over with the protein everyday does this matter.

    I SEE PROTEIN AS A MINIMUM AMOUNT........ IT IS ACTUALLY GREAT TO GO OVER AS MFP HAS PROTEIN SET PRETTY LOW!

    MFP has protein set as 15%, which is fairly low, so dont worry about going over, or change it yourself in your profile.

  • Good to know because I also am going over on protein.
  • The only time you should worry about excess protein is if A) you're getting A LOT and B) if you aren't putting the excess protein to use by working out on a regular basis.

    There are some people who do 300+g of protein daily but they also lift heavy and workout hard. They put the excess protein to good use. I don't recommend loading up on protein if all you are doing is taking a walk around the block.
