eye opening, huh?
my "typical" days used to be horrible also! could wipe out all my calories i need for the day in one meal! (and trust me, i didn't eat just one meal!)
so glad we are accountable now!
great job!0 -

Sometimes I feel like eating like that. READ PMS.
So glad you have crossed over to the healthful side.0 -
That is incredible, but you have turned that corner and are on a path to success my friend!0

Thank you for sharing. It's easy for all of us to wonder why we gain weight. We get discouraged and then eat something yummy to console ourselves or to bury our guilt. Food can be a healthy fuel, rather than an addiction of sugar, fats, and salts. This site helps all of us make healthier choices and you have shown us what a difference we can make in our lives. It's great to see you running and supporting others who have the same struggle. What an AWESOME achievement and great example you are!0

Congrats on the lifestyle change, I felt like I needed to an hour of Zumba just by reading it.0
-
That is a real eye opener.. amazing, way to go!0
-
Wow, amazing to see it in numbers.
When I started my journey back in August, I started tracking my food before I changed my diet and it was quite sobering to see the numbers and realize where that extra weight was coming from! It was a good reality check.0 -
Holy crap!!!0
-
Mind-boggling what we used to put our bodies through! You're such a trooper and, again, an inspiration to us all!0
-
Wow thats insane!! You would do my daily calorie intake in just breakfast and mid morning meals. I am glad you realized that your health is more important and that you want to live a long and healthy life. Thank God you just wrote down what you ate and not actually attempted to eat it. Congrats GAry!! You are doing fantastic. keep up the amazing work0
-
This is an eye opener! I'm sure before I started counting calories I was eating at least a thousand more a day than I should have been. No wonder the pounds kept going on. Congratulations on your success. I can't believe you've lost 239lbs! You are an inspiration.0
-

Wow Gary! What an eye opener huh. It's crazy how much we used to eat and not even realize the damage it was doing to us. You're such an inspiration for me. Keep on trucking my friend0

That is really jawdropping! It's so great that you have taken such huge strides to improve your health. I'm sure you've been told countless times but you really do look like a different person now. So much younger and happier. Congratulations0
-
That's like double the amount of calories I need to add weight.
But I think it's a true testament of your character that you've made such a monumental change to your life.
I know PLENTY of people who would have
a) Made excuses and continued
b) Given up.
Seriously, well done.0 -
You've come such a long way!! You're so awesome!0
-
That's frickin INCREDIBLE! i am thankful you were able to turn that around. I wanna re-post this for other friends on here to read.0

Good job on coming to terms to what you were doing with your body! It can be a real shocker, but instead of dwelling on it, I can see that it has motivated you to change. That's wonderful!
I used to eat all of my days recommended calories in one sitting by getting the supersized portion of whatever I was eating at fast food. I'd eat a light breakfast, if I ate any at all. Then I'd have a large fast food meal at 12 another one at 6 and another one when I got off work at 1030. When I finally figured out how much just one of those meals was, I was shocked. I knew it was fattening, but I didn't know how much!! And I've always guzzled coke and pepsi like there was no tomorrow. I'm still struggling with that! I've gotten it down to 1 may 1 1/2 a day but it's a struggle!0 -
WTG Gary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0

You are incredible, Gary. Don't ever forget that. You inspire me every.single.day. to be a better person. You are THE example of what we should all be. Keep it up!0
-
Gary, you continue to inspire and amaze me daily.0

First of all, congratulations on your incredible success! It is truly inspiring. The scariest thing about your former diet is that it is actually quite typical of many American diets. You can find each of these meals at any restaurant.0
-
Wow.....congrats on being able to fully face that and post it for everyone to see. You have come so far and it really is amazing to watch you on your journey. Keep it up!0
-
Thanks for sharing. Your success is amazing!0
