Hi!

Options
New to MFP but not new to trying to lose weight, eating better and moving more! Any suggestions/advice that have helped you keep going?

    I drink green tea. A few cups a day keeps me alert and going. Plus all the other added benefits. My job requires a lot of energy so I always keep a few bags on hand. :drinker:

    Exercise a few times a week. Keeps the limbs supple.
