    I ran 3.15 miles this evening. That's 5.65 for the week

    I feel like the snail. I only did: Sunday 1.5
    Monday 3.0
    Tuesday 1.3
    BUT IM TRYING. today was a bad day for me. It shows in my food diary and I was stressed.

    3 miles on the bike 2.18 on the trdml I am really shocked that I even took this challenge but now I am really shocked that I am doing so well in only two days!!!! Love this challenge! Thanks

    I did another 3 km today. Not a very good day.

    Some trivia and significance of 26th October 2011. It is a Hindu festival known either as Deepavali or Diwali. The day started at 6 am. Went to temple. On my feet the whole day. Had couple of visitors, cooking and playing host. And a quick to dash to my uncles and cousins place. That's a mark respect to visiting family during festive season. Exhausted but wanted to do my miles.

    Lost focus while doing treadmill and fell. :bigsmile:
    I got up and got my fat *kitten* moving and did my 3 km today.....yippeeee!!!!! :devil:

    The day has another 3 hours to end. And I will change my profile picture after that. (Not that its worth mentioning - but my hand can't stop typing away.)

    As I can't stop typing I might as well mention this.

    1. To get the ticker working - go to www.tickerfactory.com
    2. Go to "Exercise and Fitness Ticker"

    Follow the instruction. Finally copy the html code for message board (which happen to be the one on top) and paste it to the signature at MFP.

    In future to update the miles/km. Repeat the step 1 and step 2. Use the same password or PIN as before.
    Press the "ADD" button. And add whatever the extra miles/km that you do. And your ticker on MFP will be updated automatically.

    That's the end of tutoring session for the day. :bigsmile: :happy:

    Ok just a reminder the ticker will be updated Sunday morning before I post the new thread that way I can have everyone's miles.

    You all are doing so great. Oak finally feeling better, managed a walk yesterday so maybe I can actually get some running, or maybe crawl :)

    Keep up the incredible work folks, you all are truly inspiring!!!

    Monday: no miles :)
    Tuesday 5.75 FREEZING COLD miles. (<----should count for double.)
    Wednesday: 8.33 miles pushing the jogging stroller.

    Total: 17.29 miles and three days left. Maybe 35 miles this week? I can hope!!

    Sunday: 3 miles of walking, 4 miles of running, 0.25 miles of swimming today = 7.25
    Monday: 3.2 miles walked today = 10.45
    Tuesday: Somewhere in the vicinity of 2 miles, so I'm just going to say 2 = 12.45
    Wednesday: 3.8 miles walked = 16.25
