Try this out:

12 jumping jacks
12 push ups
12 burpees

Run 1 lap approx 1/4 mile

12 jumping jacks
12 push ups
11 burpees

Run 1 lap approx 1/4 mile

Reapeat until you reach 0 burpees

Total of 144 jumping jacks, 144 push ups, 78 burpees and 12 laps (approx 3 miles)

I finished this workout this morning in 50 minutes and according to my HRM burned 517 calories.
