I think the one that really scares me is esophageal cancer

    Well, tooth decay and esophagal irritation for sure. Also depression. Death is also possible if it's bad enough. Bulimia is no joke.

    I don't think it should be! I think most people would agree that bulimia is neither healthy nor an effective way to lose weight.

    Death! Prolonged vomited- self induced or otherwise causes a very dangerous electrolyte imbalance that causes heart attacks and death- very quickly!

    How does this help someone suffering? I don't get it. You all just sit and pass judgment but bulimia is not a joke. It is a hard cycle to break and requires treatment. It can leave a person feeling completely isolated, alone and desperate.
