Jumpstart diet?

Does anyone have a dieting tip to really jumpstart the weightloss? Not a fan of detox but i know there are a few diets that promote 5kg loss in the first week. Anyone have any good experiences with these types of diets? I just want to kickstart the weightloss and then continue on a healthy manageable diet

    no miracles here...... just try to eat your daily allowance kcals (no more, no less) and you will see results!

    i would recommend just using mfp. the first week, u will lose the most anyway.

    It is unrealistic to lost 11 pounds in 7 days. That's more then 5,200 calories a day. To get that kind of deficit, get on your treadmill and don't stop.

    Just eat a healthy balanced diet, set your target at a reasonable rate of say, 1 pound a week, and take it slow.

    I would suggest seriously limiting your sugar intake for a week or 2. That will really help a lot - lose weight and kick the sugar cravings. Then after a week or 2 add in more fruits. That would be my advice. There's no "secret" - just a lot of sheer determination. If you've got the will to do it...you WILL do it. Nuff said and good luck!

    This, but I know that you will lose a bunch at first anyway, as it is such a shock to your body! It is best to just start eating healthy and in a way you would hope to continue!

    I know what you want is to see that first 10lbs gone, and you will, faster than you think. If you do it in a realistic way, it will stay off!!!! Good luck and welcome to the journey that will make the rest of your life worth living!!!!!

    Im a vegetarian so this isn't a HUGE deal for me.. But I ate vegan/raw for the first week and drank 80oz. Of water. I lost 4 pounds in the first week, then I switched to 1200 cals vegetarian like normal. Worked like a charm for me :)

    Also please don't do any "fat burners" or "cleanses".
