    Hi Everyone, I would like to join too as I need some motivation with my exercise this week. Burned 800 calories so far and I'm hoping to step it up over the week.

    Didn't burn as many calories as I wanted to, only 480 today.

    I burned 871 yesterday, I ran a little further as I knew I was doing this challenge, 144 today with my walk this morning, I am going to do some resistance tonight. 1624 so far!

    Joining rather late, only burned 980 so far this week- I'm still going to try and hit 3500 by Sunday night!!

    Can I ask a question?

    Is that not a lot of exercise? What are you all doing to burn off 500 cal x 7 days.
    Also is it not a good idea to take a day off to rest your body?

    I am only at 450 right now since I didn't work out on Monday, but catching up won't be a problem.


    To Karrieif: It does all depend on what you're doing. If I spend 45 minutes 6 days a week on the elliptical, I'll go over 3500. If I switched to Zumba it would take even less time. It does depend on your size, so it would be more difficult for smaller people to achieve, but it is very possible :)

    Spent the entire day sewing a costume for my friends' daughter, so a bit behind on exercise today. I only made it to 260 calories. Definitely kicking some butt on the Elliptical tomorrow to make up for that :)

    Total so far ..... a sad little 710 leaving me with 2790 to go.

    Right I haven't caught up with the thread yet but I wanted to up date. I have done 1772 exercise cals so far and just 3 days to go so I need to have a busy weekend!!

    for the person who asking isnt it a lot of excercise, it is but it depends what you do..

    i normally have saturdays off & make up that day by doing more every other day..

    so yesterday i 1769 out of 3500
    today another 850 down worth of 90min on wii ea active sports (which counts ur calories) 35min wlk with the dog
    & 15min household chores..

    so 2619 outta 3500!! so close! but this is my hardest part, i have 3 days off work now so this is where i begin to be lazy!

    hoping to kick the 881 left by sunday tho!! :-)
    cant wait to weigh in as well!! :-)
