5k on Saturday!

Just back from a 5 day vacation. Alhough I walked a lot, I am feeling a little sluggish from all the eating out! :explode: Any tips for a quick recovery for Saturday?

    Drink lots of water and do a short workout tomorrow. Rest on Friday.

    Lots of water, lots of stretching, and lots of sleep. Go REAL easy on what you eat tomorrow, then fuel up on Friday. You'll do fine.

    Get a practice run in on Thursday. The exercise should flush out those eating out calories and you'll have Friday to rest before your race.
