Want to lose the final 5 ( to 10) lbs.

I joined myfitnesspal.com because I need to be more mindful what I eat on a daily basis. My weakness is not eating enough calories which I know is not good for weight loss. I also need to watch the sugar intake. I initially lost a ton of weight on a low carb/high vegetable diet and I think I've been too lax diet wise over the past year.

I go to the gym 4 days a week doing HIIT and weight training - all the more reason why I need to eat more!

Cant wait to get started.

    Yay!! I also want to lose about 10 more lbs !

    AND i have a sugar problem :) LOL... i just like my sweets.. and i need to get motivated about weight lifting again!!
