exercises without using feet

I have nerve damage in my foot. I was told by to stay off it for 6-8 months. What exercises can I do without using feet?

    arm weights, um dumbell exercises

    aqua aerobics, you will use your feet but with zero impact., hope you get better soon :(
  • Swimming, rowing, some pilates.
  • Do you have access to a pool, or would that use your feet too much? A rowing machine - maybe you could just put the weight on the one foot?

    I had a sprained ankle this summer and did weights, arm exercises, and LOTS of swimming laps! Sorry about your injury. :(

  • Shadow Boxing.... you can stay off your feet and sit down to do it and it can still produce a great workout if you are really pushing hard!
