PLAN!!! You have to plan what your are going to eat. Plan healthy snacks for during/between classes etc. Plan!!
I know it's hard to eat right during school. I'm a college student too
    you can do this!!

College is definitely a difficult place to lose weight - I've been struggling with it for the past three years. I've lost 30 pounds, but its been a little up and down. You have to find little strategies that work for YOU. Sadly, I don't know how easy it is to motivate someone, but the main goal is to stick with whatever you decide to do. For me, I realized that I can't eat with my friends (most of the time). I do other things with them, but I can control what I eat WAY better when I am by myself. I would also pick a goal that is really important to you. For me, it's running faster 5K times and runner further. My ultimate goal is a half marathon in the spring. I know how much better I will feel if I lose 15 more pounds and I eat clean.

It's great that you are exercising regularly though! That's always a challenge in itself!

It's hard in college but not impossible. Just remember, if you hit a wall, recognize it, which it sounds like you have, and push past it. You know what you need to do, and where successful at it. Keep it up! Also keeping healthy snacks around for between meals like RNMDFF said, which may not be easy if you live in a dorm. It may take alittle more work at first, but once you get into a routine it will get easier.

I just went through that myself. Except it was the summer where everything went to hell. It took me a few weeks of start and stop to get me going again. It finally took me setting a deadline and saying "That's it" Monday it starts. Sunday I measure and record. I did a major pig out on Sunday night and was right back at it Monday morning. Granted it's only been 5 days LOL, but so far so good.
