November Weight Loss Challenge (Open for Sign Ups)

Sign ups are OPEN until November 1st, then we will move our "group" to another topic post.

To sign up, reply to this post with:

Your starting weight for November (most use their last weigh-in for October)
Your personal goal for November
Your personal self-challenge for November

Then, come back here once a week when you weigh in and update us! Feel free to chat on the board too. This is just to help us be accountable to someone. :-)

Your "personal self-challenge" can be ANYTHING. It doesn't have to be weight-loss-related.

For example, here is my "sign up" post:

SW as of 10/28 (my last weigh in from October): 199.0
Goal for November: 197.0
Self-Challenge: Exercise 1000 minutes during the month of November.

I will keep our weigh-ins on a spreadsheet that group members will get a link to. Only members who sign up will be "counted" on the spreadsheet, so be sure to sign up here. Also, be sure to weigh in once a week on the "closed" board once it is created (your choice as to which day you weigh in).
