Found this great 8 minute workout that will build up your upper body strength and core. Both of these areas are trouble zone for women, if you are like me. lol

It's quick, but intense. You may have to start slow and work your way, up but give it a try.

This is great to do and also continue to do it for a month, so you can see how much stronger you have become. The two exercises you do is plank and push ups. Even if you have to do the girl version of a push up and build up, just Do It...No excuses :)

Extreme Plank Pyramid 8 mins Don't let the name scare you lol

1. Plank for 30 seconds

3. 3 Push ups for 8 seconds

3. Plank for 30 seconds

4. 5 Push ups for 10 seconds

5. Plank for 30 seconds

6. 8 Push ups for 16 seconds

7. Plank for 30 seconds

8. 10 Push ups for 20 seconds

9. Plank for 30 seconds

10. 12 Push ups for 25 seconds

Rest for 1 minute

1. Plank for 30 seconds

2. 12 Push ups for 25 seconds

3. Plank for 30 seconds

4. 10 Push ups for 20 seconds

5. Plank for 30 seconds

6. 8 Push ups for 16 seconds

7. Plank for 30 seconds

8. 5 Push ups for 10 seconds

9. Plank for 30 seconds

10. 3 Push ups for 10 seconds

You arms will be on fire at the end of this workout, but you will be stronger and more toned!
