After taking a year off from running (and gaining 24 pounds) with an injured knee I never thought I would be able to get back into it, but with the help of C25K I can call myself a runner again!
For this round I was alternating walking and jogging at 5 mph. Next week I will restart, but alternate 5mph and 7mph sections until I can reach my goal of 2 miles in 18 minutes.

I've been wondering what to do to increase my speed... but it seems like you have it down! Good for you!0 -
