I weighed in today (I usually weigh in on Saturdays) and my November SW has changed quite a bit. So I need to update my weight goals. I also wanted to throw some more physical activity in there, so here we go:

November goal: 195 or less

MY personal self-challenge for November cut down on the less healthy food in my diet. Try and eat more of my calories each day.0 -
