How do you get in your fat ratio without adding hundreda of calories to your daily count?? even light margarine has 50 calorie a Tbsp and that is only 5g. So, 30+ g of fat would be over 300 calories . That is an entire meal for me.

Fat has 9 calories per gram, just FYI.
By default, foods that are high in fat will be higher in calorie content.0 -

Yes! I forgot about avocados!! Replace butter and mayo with it!! Yum!!0 -
Thanks--I guess I shy away from anything fat--even tho I know there really are good fats and bad fats. so, I was going to have a roasted turkey sandwich on 35 cal bread----guess I will bring out the peanut butter instead. That will be protein and fat.0
