If you got it, flaunt it...it'll make you feel better.

Workout gear can never be sexy enough in my opinion. But I'm a perv... lol

Personally, I think naked is a good option for work out wear!

that would make the gym a fun place
  • Wear whatever you want.

I have to admit, I do find the gym meet-market mentality to be really lame. My workout wear is not very sexy.... t-shirts, black pants that don't show off anything and a groggy morning hurry up with that weight bench look. :)

This is a horrible idea for several reasons.

Most of the time you can't even tell if I work out when I'm at the gym. I'm usually covered in sweats.

I think that no matter what I wear, when someone sees my shirt drenched in sweat and my workout face I feel like that could be a deal breaker! lol

I agree with gymrat--- "If you got it, flaunt it". In the famous words of Uma Thurman. Now what show was that ???

That's what I would think as well.

    However, that's incorrect.

    Agreed
  • Sometimes some females cannot help appearing sexy. I sweat a lot, so I like wearing tank tops instead of t shirts 'cause i don't like feeling the wet cloth all over me. I have a large chest. The goal isn't to flaunt "the girls", but it happens. I have to say since starting to work out I realize I'm a pheromone junkie. Sweaty men seem to get me frisky, I'm convinced it's the testosterone oozing from their sweat. Lol!

Funny enough I never notice when at the gym. It's not a sexual environment or a time I really think about checking women out. I'm there to burn some calories, destroy fat, and lose weight. You could be naked for all I care as long as you wipe the equipment when you are done.

Lol maybe the super sexy wear is to try to balance out the "drenched in sweat" look.

I like looking cute at the gym. I feel better about myself when my outfit matches and I have a cute headband. I mean I don't do my hair & makeup, but I don't throw on ratty sweats either..

What is with the workout skirts? I don't have a problem with them or find them overly sexy, I'm just confused as they seem like they would be awkward to workout in.

As for sexy gym wear... bring back the 70's basketball shorts, rawr.

If you have the figure for it than no. If you have a figure like me, than yucko. lol I am having a hard time finding cute workout gear that lets me breath and keeps me covered and others from puking. lol

yes-ish? there are magazine covers featuring athletes that i am embarrassed to be seen with. for example, if you are not familiar that it is men's fitness, at a glance it could be mistaken for maxim. i haven't encountered any i would deem inappropriate at the gym though.
