 November goal: 195 or less
 Personal goal: at least 700 minutes of exercise this month0

            MY starting weight for November 249.7lbs
 MY personal goal for 239.7lbs
 MY personal self-challenge for November cut down on the less healthy food in my diet. Try and eat more of my calories each day.0
