I guess it's about time!

I've been half-heartedly dieting and excercising for a while. I'll be good for 2 weeks, then bad for 2 weeks.

I'm a 27 year old grad student. I've been heavy for years, my weight usually yo-yoing naturally. But the past couple years, it's only been going up!

Recently I got the idea that tracking my exercise and food intake PROPERLY might be the right motivation. Let's hope it works! MFP seems to be one of the best apps/websites out there, but I'm still trying out a few!

SW: 235
CW: 235
GW: 170

CGW: 200 by New Year's (very unrealistic, but I'm shooting for the stars)
