I am still at 207, this has not been a good week. What started out as a little annoying head cold has progressed into an upper respiratory and bronchial infection. I am on a z pak and asthma inhalers and beginning to feel a little better. It is so frustrating not being able to exercise at all, i know I can't- carrying the baby upstairs last night sent me into spasms of coughing. Hadn't realized how hard it is to stay at 1200 calories without the benefits of exercise. Hope I can put my workout shoes on next week. Good luck to everyone and stay healthy!!0

114 this week, but for a better reason.. I was 112.4 on Monday, but I started the 30ds Monday and know I'm holding water because of it. I do want to change my goal weight to 112 if that's okay, Falisha. I'm working on gaining muscle and there is no way I can do that if I'm trying to keep it at 110. I'm focusing on using a tape measure more than the scale.

I've pretty much taken October off. On Monday, I was up 5 lbs of water weight and I have lost it all by starting up exercise again....I'm back on track!0 -
The doctor is sending me for some more test on Nov. 5. I hope everything turns out good. I am really worried.

Great job on all the losses, everyone! Sounds like lots of you have been fighting illnesses too - hope everyone feels better soon. I'm frustrated that I didn't lose more this week, as I feel like I did everything right, but I do know I strength trained pretty hard so maybe it's muscle gain that's slowing down the scale. Whatever, I'll keep at it and hope for the best.

No net loss this week - but no net gain either which I am happy about. I actually gained and re-lost 3.6 pounds this week, so I am just glad to have lost all of that and end with no loss or gain. After loosing 6.4 pounds in a week, having a "no loss" week is not exactly surprising.0 -

OMG! I made it to Onederland!! For anyone that has a hard time with eating well on the weekends try changing your weigh in to Sunday it worked for me, I was only over acouple of calories on Friday & Saturday instead of tons & tons like I normally am when I weigh in on Friday's.0 -

Gained a little this week. Not surprised though, I had my sister's engagement party, a foot injury keeping me from working out and TOM all in the same week. Frankly I'm surprised I didn't gain more!
