Work and Exercise

Should I factor in my job as part of my exercise routine/ calorie loss?
I work in a shop( supermarket) and I'm generally constantly moving around/ lifting stuff , tend not to be still for any more than two minutes at a time

So should I factor that as part of my daily exercise or do a full workout on top of it?

Generally workout 3-4 times a week anyway, as well as 30 or so hours working 5 days a week, thoughts (:

  • Nope. When you listed your daily activity level they calculate that movement.
Only list exercise that is designated as such. Its more realistic.

    Good luck!

I wouldn't. I would account for that as 'lightly active' lifestyle in your settings. I only count intentional exercise.
  • I think you figure that in the set up, when you click what type of lifestyle you have, active, sedentary, etc..

I agree with kimber_av :) Exercise should be deliberate.
