I love it, but I just gave it up. I think the carbonation makes you bloat.

i used to drink them everyday.. pretty much all day.. but now, i drink more water. i have a diet soda once/twice a month.. i usually just have one when i want something fizzy, and just having one every so often fixes that.

Depends. If its Coke, I prefer the real deal. Dr. Pepper, I prefer Diet or Dr. Pepper 10. Pepsi I'll drink either. I vote drink what you like.

I've had Diet Coke every day for the past week. It's glorious and I don't think I will stop anytime soon. When I'm stressed I need the caffeine.

Oh c'mon, is no one going to make the observation that Dr. Pepper 10 is NOT for women??? Is there something you want to tell us all???

no. no. no. no. no. its so bad for you. i used to drink it every day, all day. and i gave it up 8 months ago. I do NOT miss it!

however, when i do want something with sugar and fizz, i stick to sprite. and i MIGHT have one a month.

I only drink 1 or 2 can of diet soda. Mostly 1 a day only. This is moderation. I find it silly that some chose boose over soda. Many of those have high calories.

Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi. It's my one addiction. I gave up smoking four years ago, but I'm keeping my diet soda.

I used to drink Diet Coke/Diet Pepsi for breakfast before I learned how bad it is for you. That was about 10 years ago, and I haven't had it since. I drink fizzy water, usually Crystal Geyser with orange, lime or lemon essence. Or Club Soda with a squeeze of fresh orange. You can also buy Steevia flavored drops that you can add to fizzy water. On-line, at Raley's or your health food store. They even have Root Beer flavor!

If you ARE going to drink diet soda, at least educate yourself on the dangers of drinking it so you can make an informed decision. Just google some searches like 'dangers of artificial sweeteners', 'is diet soda bad for me?', 'will diet soda help me lose weight?', 'health risks of drinking diet soda', 'health risks of artificial sweeteners', etc. Here are a few searches I did that you can check out.

I used to drink it daily. Until two years ago, I read that it decreases calcium in your body. Now, I drink water.

Soda is bad for you whether diet or regular. They are bad for different reasons but both bad. I once had a nutritionist actually tell me that diet is worse then regular. For me moderation is probably one or less sodas a week. Not sure how much truth to it but I actually saw on the Doctors that artificial sweeteners actually are more likely to cause type 2 diabetes which I thought was pretty weird since many diabetics switch to artificial sweeteners after being diagnosed.

I've read many, many, many articles on artificial sweeteners and diets, ad nauseum. I like it. I've lost 41 pounds in ten weeks and I will continue to drink it. Will I tell anyone else that they should or shouldn't drink? Nope.
