    I had a slow start because I was traveling and recovering from my half marathon, but pulled it out ok. Wish I could have giving a bit more...

    Okay, my numbers are late and frankly embarrassing compared to everyone else, but it was the best I could do. I'll do WAY more this week. I only burned 480 calories all week.... sigh.

    They arent embarrassing. Some weeks are low and some are high - who cares. You can only do your best.x

    Hello Ladies! So, I wanted slightly higher numbers this week, but with a sick kiddo (and feeling a bit under the weather myself) I'm running a little lower than goal:

    Hi,here are my numbers for the week. Super busy work week so getting in early.

    expect much lower numbers from me next week. I am traveling for the majority of the week and the hotel has a really crappy gym. Hate that. I usually stay in hotels with decent gyms.

    Ive been struggling this week, got a chesty cough/cold. I tried to do a bit each day but not sure if I would have been better having a few days off? Cant decide what to do this week as no better.

    Let your body heal, don't work at 100% because if your body is working on repairing your muscles and what not you're taking energy away from fighting the infection, but you also don't want to stop. A little cardio should go a long way in keepeing the nastiness from settling in too much.

    I feel like I did pretty well this week! I couldn't work out every day, but the days I did are pretty solid. Here's my numbers:

    And part of the calories from Saturday are for finishing my second official 5K in half an hour--the time I wanted!

    Thanks, Im going to do a half hour cadio DVD tonight and see how I do. I had a good walk on Sat (I was ment to jog) and was ok with that.
