I've lost 11 lbs so far and It took me about a month to get rid of those pounds. I cut out dairy (except eggs), legumes and grains out of my diet which helped with my weight loss compared to any other diet fabs I tried. I exercise 6 days a week and sleep a full 8 hours most nights! I've only maintained this weight for a while but I am still in the process of losing a few more lbs.0

About a year and a half to two years ago I lost about 30-35 pounds. Hit a one year plateau. Lately I've lost around 7 pounds.
I mostly just watch portions, I definitely am not a health food nut. :P0 -
27 lbs in 4 months. I eat a lot of squash, cucumbers, apples and fresh pineapple. I am also much more active than I used to be.0

I lost 12.2 pounds in 2 weeks. I swim 2 times a week, weight train 3 times a week, and do cardio 7 times a week. I still have a ways, but I feel that I can reach it with the support of MyFitnessPal.0

I've lost 111 lbs and it's taken me since January 2010 to do it. I simply did it with diet and exercises, no tricks or clever pills! I started out on the South Beach diet phase 1 to kickstart my weight loss and it definitely did the trick. After that I didn't really follow a specific diet, I just ate sensibly. I was diagnosed as gluten intolerant among many other things in January of this year and had to go on a pretty strict allergen free diet for six months though. I'm pretty sure that diet helped me shed a few extra pounds than I would have otherwise this year I'm not at maintenance yet but I'm hoping to be there very soon!0

50 lb in total. I lost 43 lb from Jan 2007 - Sep 2007. I kept that off for about three and a half years, then started to creep back up and gained 12 lb back...then I put my foot down in May 2011 and have lost 22 lb since then. I've been intentionally taking breaks when my body is getting too tired or I'm getting too hungry, so the last 3 lb might take me a little while yet.0

I've lost 55 lbs but that's over 2 years. not quite at goal yet but so close that the numbers don't register as much as just trying to maintain the weight I'm at and build some more muscle0

I've been at this since March and have lost 68 lbs. I've done a number of different things along the way. The first 35 lbs was cutting out sugar, fried foods and most "white stuff" (rice, potatoes, etc) and trying to make every other thing I ate a fruit or vegetable. I tracked all my food here because I wasn't really sure how many calories I was consuming or what I needed. The next 10 or so was after I added in exercise. I joined curves. The last 25ish lbs have been since Sep on HCG. I'm not at goal weight yet, have another 25 to go, but I'm phasing off the HCG and am going to try straight diet and exercise through the holidays. That is all the physical stuff I've done.
But I think what made the biggest difference for me was to do some therapy, support groups and emotional healing with books like "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay. I've tried many times over the years to lose the weight and even when I had some success I could never keep it off. Now that I understand what purpose the weight and the way I used food was serving in my life, it is easier to release it.
Best wishes to you on your journey.0 -

27 pounds over around 6 months XD Im hella slow because i always end up eating candies haha0

25lbs since January 2011 of THE most stubborn lbs EVER. Seriously- I had been stuck at the same weight for over 2 years gaining and losing the same 5lbs. Joining here and getting a body bugg have been absolutely key. I'm now 1lb away from the 'dream' weight I thought I would never see again after having 4 kids, and considering shooting for the high school weight.
Good luck- you can do it. It may be slow- but stay at it and you will see results!0 -
well before coming here i lost 50 pounds in 4 months, with oxyelite and jsut not eating, since coming here and tryign to do it right i have lost nothing. However i am determined to do it with out that previous extreme, since just taint healthy long term0

57lbs in 6 months since i starting keeping track, but 63lbs since i started trying.
All i do is to moderate what i eat, so i still have everything i want, chocolate every day, crisps, etc, and burn between 600-2000 calories 6 times a week.0 -
87lbs to date. I started end of April, but started keeping track of my cals and carbs on another site as of May 4th. I watch my cals and carbs. I also walk.0

Lost 19lb since August. Steady as she goes. I have upped my exercise to 3-4 days a week and am pretty much eating the same stuff, just not double portions anymore. Trying to cut back on the drink too although the red wine had resurfaced over the past couple of weeks.0
