Here's mine -- asically the same outfit from two years ago, Oct 2009, to last night, Oct 2011. I wasn't even at my highest in the first pic! In particular, notice the belt -- I struggled to get it on the first holes two years ago, and I'm six or seven inches in now! :happy:

This is fun! I didn't do Halloween last year, so here's a comparison between 2009 and now. My partner and I wanted to do different costumes this year, but things got in the way! Still, I think the costumes (his in particular) are pretty sweet, so it wasn't a hardship to use 'em twice.
2009 (probably around 165-170 lbs):
2011 (around 143 lbs):

It's hard to tell, but I was between 180-190 in the first two. Now I am around 145 Woohoo!

And I ran into Edward Scissorhands, so I had to get a pic of the Tim Burton creations!:
I am about 25 pounds lighter than I was last year.. next year I plan to be about 45-50 pounds lighter than this year!
