  • I love peanut butter too! Too much actually... To the person who said they have gone through 3 containers in less than three months, I have beaten you. I have unfortunately gone through 6 or more jars to myself in about 2 1/2 months. Oops... ;) I like avocado as well

Extra virgin olive oil. Closely followed by the fat in almonds and peanut butter.

Buffalo mozzarella (cow milk mozzarella doesn't even compare), EV olive oil.

Unfortunately, buffalo mozzarella is hard to come by. :(

My fravorite fat sources currently are:
Sesame tahini, Any kind of nuts or nut butters, Cheese, Lebanese extra-virgin olive oil (preferably in some delicious tabouleh or pooled atop some fresh hummus) eggs,

My favorite fat sources that I don't indulge in anymore, or only very rarely indulge in: A juicy rare-plus rib eye steak, piecrust and shortbreads, crispy chicken skin. and pretty much any lard/shortening based pastries.

Nut butters - raw cashew butter is my very favorite.
  • Real salted butter - preferably the French kind with flakes of sea salt throughout - spread on fresh crusty french or italian bread. Heaven! Full fat cheeses, preferably soft, squidgey and stinky!

On a healthier level: avocado, salmon, walnuts, cashews, pistachios.

    I forgot, crispy chicken skin.

Oh yuck!! My husband likes that, and turkey skin. I'm not completely convinced he even cares if it's crispy. It makes me want to gag.
