    I made cookies like this tonight and my kids loved them (so did I)

    I used one box of spice cake, one egg and one 15 oz of pumpkin/ Put little spoon fulls on a cookie sheet and baked for 20 minutes at 350.

    I have made the recipes from skinnytastes.com for these, but they didn't turn out right. I'm trying this tonight. OH the pumpkin CAN NOT EVEN BE taste in the finish product!!!!!!!!! GREAT!

    The only problem is there are now 24 moist and delicious cupcakes hanging around...

    I've been trying to appreciate the value of immediately freezing individual portions so that I am less tempted by cupcakes sitting around on the counter or in the refrigerator. If I have to wait for it to defrost or put in in the microwave then I'm less inclined to eat mindlessly. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but I'm less inclined and I have homemade treats not store bought expensive bars in the cabinet.
