Stuffed Poblano Peppers

4-5 poblano peppers

1 lb ground turkey

1 cup brown rice

1 ½ cup salsa

2 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp chili powder (or more, depending how spicy you want them)

1 can black beans

1 can corn

½ cup shredded cheese

3 green onions

Slice peppers in half, and clean them out.. and preheat oven to 350

Get rice ready, brown turkey w/ 1 tbsp cumin, then add all ingredients…

Fill peppers and top with shredded cheese, bake 25-30 mins or until peppers are soft.
