Question about entering exercise

Should I even bother trying to enter the time I'll spend walking during trick-or-treating tonight? I'll be walking for about 2 hours, but I'll have no clue about speed.

You could enter it as this: Walking, 2.0 mph, slow pace

My first instinct would be to say "no", and if you happen to lose weight by the next weigh-in, you can say that tonight helped contribute to that in its own way. I don't count the number of times I'm up and down out of my seat at work to get things from the printer; just the intense exercise I get when I'm on the treadmill.

  • I would say yes because you would be walking in a treadmill doing the same thing except this time you had fun. :)

  • Thanks guys.

I think I'll count it, but at 2mph like one of you suggested.
