    Hello! New to the boards (not MFP though) and am totally in need of some extra motivation!

    Starting Weight: 120
    Goal Weight: 115
    Personal Goal: Run at least 3 times a week, every week in November.

    Challenge: Going to my Purebarre class 5 times a week, and going to a hot yoga class at least 3 times a week.
