Hey
I have this problem, BUT what I do IS...
I plan to have 3 snacks a day in between meals, stops me getting hungry..
I have breakfast, then before lunch I have like a banana, then lunch, then a mid afternoon snack like a low fat yoghurt or some low cal snack (like snack a jacks or ryvita with something on or another piece of fruit) then I go to the gym them I have dinner then IF I fancy I have another small snack.
It works really well and it's easier if you factor this all in in the morning so you know you're not going to go over your calories :laugh:0 -
Hmmm, well you know the problem hits you about 3pm, so why not schedule a walk at that time - or anything that keeps you busy and away from the cupboards. I know with me, if I get peckish at a time when I don't want to be - if ignored, the feeling will have passed with in 20 mins.. so just make sure you're busy for about half an hour to make sure.... and with any luck the feeling will have passed until it's Dinner time...0
