Trapped nerves in BOTH eyes - HELP!

I've had a twitch in my left eye for about three weeks now, so my advice is going to be pretty naff!

However, a damp flannel over the eye, with a slight massage is supposed to help.

I keep getting that this last couple of weeks also! I notice it flares more at times of high stress, either mental or physical.

I get this if I am really stressed or not sleeping well, or if I am deficient in my diet. I had it really bad when I had Adrenal Fatigue a few years ago.

Calcium and Magnesium are helpful (I drink Peter Gilliam's Calm -- I purchase it at Whole Foods. You can likely get it at your local health food store, or online). Also Potassium.
