Hi my name is Joscelyn. I'm NEW! So far on the right track and consistent, but I have a habit of starting something and then falling off. So I really hope this is it... I'L MAKE THIS IT! I currently am on the Turbo Fire regimen which has worked great for me so far (1 month straight so far). I LOVE IT! One issue I constantly struggle with is my night shift schedule. I think I have finally found a workout schedule that works out for me, I'm trying really hard to keep it up. Having support and others to talk to helps me out a lot too. So come on and share everyone!

I work nights too...2PM til midnght. I normally get up at 8 AM, take a thermogenic and eat, workout from about 9 til 10:30 and back home and napping from 11 Am til noon...then get up and get ready for work.
I take all the food i'll need for each day to work with me and a couple nights a week, ill go out for a short run right when i get home (i'm prepping for a figure competition in 3 weeks and 5 weeks), so i am very aware of all the details that go into getting me up and around each day.
this schedule will ease up a bit after december 3rd til about the end of january, then its another round of spring show prep. imma eat me some WAFFLES in december!0 -
Sounds like an intense schedule... but I guess it has to be for a figure show right?! Haha.0
