This is my first foray into a challenge When I started MFP on 8.1.11 I couldn't see myself doing this...but here I am feeling empowered and excited! So here we go:

MY personal goal for 230.7lbs
MY personal self-challenge for November cut down on the less healthy food in my diet. Try and eat more of my calories each day.
I also want to be under my sugar and sodium intakes each day and to cut out bread. I've noticed it triggers binges for me and helps to retain water in m body.0 -
Hope I'm not too late to join. I've been on the site for a few months now, but have been a bit half-hearted about it to be honest. This is my first challenge and I'm looking forward to being part of the group.
My starting weight is 103.5kg
Goal weight for November 101kg. Longer term I'm not sure of a particular weight. I'm aiming to feel healthy and have a lifestyle that supports that, can't really put a figure on that so I'll just have to keep going till I find that.
Personal self-challenge: exercise 5x per week
complete food tracking EVERY day
add 5+ friends on MFP

Your personal self-challenge for November: I have a few - get back on track with tracking, get all the water in, and working hard to stick to the family menu (I create our menu each week and shop to that - it's been so busy lately, we've been going out to eat a lot and I want to STOP that train!)

Exercise time.....hmmm.....lets say at least 600 minutes for the month. I'm at least signed up for 300 minutes for zumba classes....I will need to push to do the other 300 on my own.
