Definitely joining in on this! Soda will be at the top of my "NO" list though. I have been bad about that lately. And peanut butter stays in for me too since I run and use it for energy.0

I have to ask all you americans, I do like my peanut butter but what is with the huge intake of it there? it is not even possible to buy it in Sweden without a real hunt.0

I need to give this a shot. I haven't been my usual exemplary self lately. Last night after completing my diary, I had too much dark chocolate, so I need to stay away from that for awhile. I had several servings last week. The only item on the list that I would like to continue to allow myself, as long as it doesn't get out of hand, is baked corn chips. I eat them with lots of fresh healthy salsa. Its a fun way to get my veggies in and I can usually just count out the chips to make one serving. Oh, and I would like to continue eating nut butters (like tahini and peanut) as long as they are in a healthy recipe (hummus, thai noodles). I will refrain from all other uses of nut butters.
Hopefully, this challenge will help me get back on track. Thanks Leah.0 -

I'm so down! I will have to modify my list of "No's" because I rarely eat Dark Chocolate, but consider it non-junky... 'cause I get the "good stuff" ;o)0
