  • Definitely joining in on this! Soda will be at the top of my "NO" list though. I have been bad about that lately. And peanut butter stays in for me too since I run and use it for energy.

    I have to ask all you americans, I do like my peanut butter but what is with the huge intake of it there? it is not even possible to buy it in Sweden without a real hunt.

    I need to give this a shot. I haven't been my usual exemplary self lately. Last night after completing my diary, I had too much dark chocolate, so I need to stay away from that for awhile. I had several servings last week. The only item on the list that I would like to continue to allow myself, as long as it doesn't get out of hand, is baked corn chips. I eat them with lots of fresh healthy salsa. Its a fun way to get my veggies in and I can usually just count out the chips to make one serving. Oh, and I would like to continue eating nut butters (like tahini and peanut) as long as they are in a healthy recipe (hummus, thai noodles). I will refrain from all other uses of nut butters.

    Hopefully, this challenge will help me get back on track. Thanks Leah.

    No chocolate
    No candy
    No biscuit or cookies
    No cake, donuts, or muffins
    No pastries
    No white bread
    No chips
    No fast food
    No Nutella, peanut butter, or other naughty spreads
    No ice cream
    For 21 days

    I'm in also. But, will have PB, the organic no sugar added. Mostly I use other nut butters.

    I'm so down! I will have to modify my list of "No's" because I rarely eat Dark Chocolate, but consider it non-junky... 'cause I get the "good stuff" ;o)
