    Get rid of the candy! Giving in will only set you up for more cravings when your blood sugar crashes again. A little bit of candy now and again won't ruin overall fitness goals but I'll bet you don't really want the candy - it's just too available right now. Good luck!

    Had large quantity of H20, sugarfree 'dessert flavored gum", and a diet coke.

    Will try honey next time I have it available.
