Got the idea for lemon ones from 4theking and I just used my generic protein bar recipe  So obviously, if you wanted a different flavour just don't put the lemon in and put whatever flavouring you want. Macro's would change though.

ooo, this would probably be great using some of the milk & egg protein powder that I have because it would give it that eggy flavor you sometimes get with lemon bars.

This looks good. Thanks for posting.

1/2 cup of Splenda for 8 bars - that's pretty sweet isn't it?

How do these taste compared to some of the popular bars on the market?

That's actually an estimate. I didn't measure. I just has some left over big crunchy bits so squished them all up in there. Actually, now you say it's probably 1/4 cup max.

Not sure on exact taste of bar yet, still fasting til this arvo. Mixture was good yesterday though.

Mixture didn't taste like processed *kitten* like all the popular bars that I've tried haha.

Forgot to say, I was originally going to cut into 16 but I knew I'd be consuming at least 2 at a time anyway

wonder if you can use stevia instead of splenda and rice milk instead of skim if it would work.
