It's been forever since I exercised - and I'm a bit embarras

...I just joined a gym and have been taking these cardio boxing classes, done 5 in the past two weeks and i'm LOVING them! That got me motivated to look for something to help me track my progress and here I am.

I just want to get back to being active and being fit, as I was until I completely dropped exercise for study and then work about... six years ago.

I don't know how the community part of this works at all, but if anyone has any advice, I'd love to hear it!
