losing my butt

I have lost 42 lbs and a lot of the weight loss seems to have been from my butt. I'm not complaining but I still have 50 lbs to lose and I don't want to end up with no butt at all. I'm afriad this is where I will continue to lose weight from. I am recovering from knee surgery and my Dr doesn't want me to do squats or lunges for another 6 months. Any suggestions on how I can shape my butt while continuing to loose weight without doing lunges and squats??

stationary bike. Not too much strain on the knee, either.0

not sure if you could with bad knee but if possible get on hands and knees and simply lift your leg in the air behind you (bent for beginners and straighten over time) and just pulse for about 30 seconds on each side very very effective butt workout0

Also - look up "locust pose" from yoga. It will shape your butt and your entire back.0

Elliptical on incline, if you have access to one.0

I have lost my butt. So glad you asked this question. I still have a huge amount of weight to lose but have no butt. So will start on some of these suggestions.
PS it is nice not having anyone following me, my butt use to feel like that. But i would like a nice bit of rounded butt, not the flat pancake I have now.:laugh:0
