hi everyone.. I always hit that time in the afternoon where I need a snack but don't know what to have! Then I end up picking at my kids tea! I'd really appreciate ideas for filling but healthy snacks :-)

I generally eat something with some protein. I like low fat cottage cheese, cheese stick, peanut butter (not low fat) etc with some fiber/carbs such as fruit, whole grain crackers, mini bagel etc.
It seems to be just enough to get me until dinner time and usually comes in around 150-250 calories depending on my combination of the day.0 -
Some of my typical snacks are...cottage cheese, fruit, nuts, string cheese, hummus with veggies or crackers, greek yogurt, granola bars, hard boiled eggs, half a peanut butter sandwich, crackers with laughing cow cheese, Shakeology.0

I'm lazy, so either an apple or some grapes. Apples come in perfect portion sizes, one apple is one serving. Grapes you can munch.0

for me its snack a jacks (sweet chutney or popcorn particularly nice), crabsticks or a single chocolate biscuit like a Viscount or something from my graze box.0

Apples are great. I also allow myself just one dark chocolate covered almond....0

I've been rotating between carrots with lite dressing, grapes, bananas, and greek yogurt with honey and fruit.0
