This is the best tilapia recipe I've tried. I used Kashi go lean crunch (it's what I had in the pantry) and cavender's greek seasoning instead of italian seasoning (again, it's what I had in my pantry). Yummy!!!! :happy:0

Looks good except I'd probably substitute tilapia for another mild fish. After finding out how tilapia is farmed, I won't eat it.0

Be careful with Tilapia. It is a fresh water fish raised in fish farms. It is a bottom feeder used to clean the tanks eating fish feces. Nutritionally bacon is probably healthier. File of sole is a better choice, Monk fish is excellent with few bones. Mediteranian sea bass is also always farm raised and not a healthy choice.0
