    Learn to *kitten* on the toilet instead of a diaper! If you weigh yourself before you *kitten*, then you *kitten* in your diaper but never take it off, your scale won't budge.

    Maybe you will get a better idea of your loss if you crap directly onto the scale. That's what I do.

    I took a huge dump this morning....and the scale didn't move AT ALL...

    There had to be ATLEAST 2 lbs in there when I was finished...

    And honestly.. I weigh after I go to the bathroom too. I actually have weighed after a big one and have had the scale show 1/2 to 1 lb difference sometimes. btw I didn't look at your food diary before posting... I was laughing too hard.
