    WTG for not gaining this week :smile:

    I lost one pound this week, I'm at 157 now. :happy:
    My knee is MUCH better and I can do aerobics now :smooched:
    I'm so happy because I know that exercise will be key for me losing weight :wink:

    Mine is 115.6, the same as last week i think, need to get past this plateau already!!! I was down to 114 on Sunday and then went right back up for some reason?

    I have 2 bad things to get past this week, our son's 1st Birthday party is tomorrow and there is a HUGE cake, lots of food and lots of booze!!! And then Easter and lots of chocolate since we have 5 kids!!! I'M DOOMED!!!!!!!!!!!
