I'm new to this whole thing of keeping track of my health and blogging about it; I just felt that it couldn't hurt. I'm looking to lose excuses and get in better shape to play baseball and lower my cholesterol. I tore my shoulder a few years back and still played through the pain. After this season I I finally got it checked out and it was a pretty quick fix. I've been rehabbing my shoulder for a couple of months now and everything is so much better. I've had to start from the ground up and concentrate so much on my throwing mechanics (and as it turns out my hitting mechanics as well). It recently dawned on me that if I spent as much time worrying about the rest of my body and health as I did on my shoulder, I'd be in much better shape. So it starts today...well it started two months ago but really it starts today.
