Ok....so I am really terrified to post these, but I was talking about it with a dear friend...and she said "WHY NOT?" All my friends on here are working towards the same goal....to lose the extra weight, tone up, gain some muscle...and most important be FIT and HEALTHY for ourselves and the ones we love, the ones that inspire us....so here are a few before and after pics....
The before shots were taken 8/1/11...the day I started my MFP account.....and the "NOW" ones taken today....basically 3 months later....I am 3lbs away from being halfway to my final goal weight!!!
SO.......here goes....
